Job description
A) Objectives of the job
To co-ordinate and complete projects, as well as leading and developing a team. Also to pitch to clients and win new business/projects. Take part in European-level directives, projects and conferences.
B) Reporting lines
Leads a team of 3, with potential to build and lead a larger team as the business grows.
Profile
- Master degree in Mathematics/Actuarial Science, strong basic actuarial knowledge is an advantage, or equivalent experience;
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Non-Life Reinsurance or Consulting, an actuarial qualification is a must.
- In-depth knowledge of Non-Life Re/insurance Reserving including ResQ experience, as well as thorough knowledge of Capital and Igloo software;
- Previous leadership experience essential; strong project management and co-ordination skills
- Active knowledge of English is a must, knowledge of German an advantage;
- Strong verbal and written communication;
- Be able to present complex materials in a structured and comprehensive way.
